Stage 1: Obtain the weakest version of your weapon from a drop in one of the 4 tier 1 dynamis zones. If you visit SwitchStix in Castle Vahzl Baileys you will get a cut scene and he will tell you what you need to bring him so that he will make you your first upgraded weapon. Bring him those items plus his commision in ancient currency and he will take your weapon and forge you your 2nd stage relic weapon.
