Pretty sure there aren't any long zones anymore. CoP is still max 2 hours, and iirc the revised old zones are 1 hour to start with a maximum extension of 1 hour.

Hes right new redesigned zones are 2 hours max, new mobs and stuff in them too and mob placement is totally different, have to proc blue !! for some drops on certain nms too.
