Timezones: To limit confusion between linkshells based in different time zones, please schedule your events in Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (EST/EDT). GMT and JST may also be used for linkshells based in those areas, but please do not use offsets (eg., "GMT-1").

Timezone Conversions
JST (Japan Standard Time) = GMT +9 = EST +14 = PST +17
GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) = JST -9 = EST +5 = PST +8
EST (Eastern Standard Time) = JST -14 = GMT -5 = PST +3
PST (Pacific Standard Time) = JST -17 = GMT -8 = EST -3

US Daylight Saving Time begins 14 March 2010 and ends 7 November 2009.

Making Corrections: If you make a scheduling error or need to otherwise change or correct a previously posted event, please:

1. Create a new, corrected event on the Calendar
2. Post in the Calendar Public Discussion forum to have the incorrect event removed.

A link to the incorrect event that needs to be removed helps speed up the process and ensures the proper event is deleted from the Calendar, but is not required as long as you provide enough information about which event needs to be removed.
