I figured how much AF it would take to get everyone a full set on active member list (lol):
Sandoria - 38 pieces
Bastok - 41 pieces
Windurst - 42 pieces
Jeuno - 50 pieces
Beaucedine - 76 pieces
Xarcabard - 83 pieces

Added two new priorities to take effect AFTER Sundays Beaucedine run:
Harmonia - permanent Summoner Beaucedine
Cyrus - permanent Black Mage Beaucedine
Both very deserving!

Adding the following to the rules section:
Skilling up is forbidden in dynamis and using a trial weapon is NOT acceptable. Also, members are expected to come as their most useful job unless otherwise cleared by me, Sykes, or Teorem before hand.

Lots of stuff to update on site so I'll get back to that Q_Q.

Out of curiosity, what determines my most useful job? I mean, if it's a choice between WHM, BRD (and RDM and BLM which I was working on before I found religion a.k.a. Giuld Wars), would it be just whatever's needed?

I can see a clear choice when it's between, say, RDM or BST though D:

In cases like that, it will generally depend who else comes and what the linkshell needs most. Just use common sense ... if you have come as WHM in the past, then it is a pretty good bet that you're fine to continue coming as WHM. If we need you to come as another job, we will let you know. :)

I would say I have 3 usefull jobs pld, rdm and rng. I have used them all in dynamis before. Not sure what would be most usefull either.

Usefullness would most likely be based on Need and Demand then. If you see there's 25 other pld attending a run, it's safe to say we have reached a point where more pld would be a hinderence and another job could be used.

Also in the Northlands where Blm and Rng are valuable for DD against DL and such, those jobs should be people's first choice to pick.

And if you're lazy like me and never bothered to lvl a second job to 75, then this conversation doesn't apply to you :P
