New Priority

The following priority was voted on and passed. It will take effect starting this Sunday.

General - Permanent PLD priority in Sandoria
Tyrlafiel - Permanent BRD priority in Bastok
Twizz - Permanent RNG priority in Xarcabard
Shizune - Permanent THF priority in Xarcabard
Jayiiq - Permanent RDM priority in Xarcabard
Bakerice, Sephffg, Halon, Sykes - Every other run WHM priority in Beaucedine

These people were not asked so if any of them wishes to decline they may.
