After next Wednesday's run (6/29/05) I will be reinstating the 4 run rule. This rule says anyone missing 4 runs in a row will fall off the active member list and not be able to lot AF upon their return run. This penalty can also be made more than one run depending on circumstances.
As always if you notify me in person via /tell or Private Message at this website that you will be forced to miss more than 4 runs for a reason other than camping HNM etc.. then I will extend the period until you fall off the list to 8 runs.
In extreme situations such as RL issues I may extend this number of runs to a number greater than 8.
I have also been carefully studying my attendance lists and will be cracking down seriously on members who consistently only show up to runs in which they can lot AF. When a member gets a piece of AF and then never returns to that zone to help the less fortunate it irritates me and the other hard working members of this linkshell greatly.
Dynamis is about doing something different and having fun with friends who you dont normally get to see because of your hnmls. We also get some cool AF2 and Shadow Items along the way^^. If you are clearly only here to get AF2 and then ditch the people who werent as lucky as you then you suck.
For the majority of you, those who come when you can, we will be trying to do right by you with the tighter restrictions to eliminate the chances of anyone else pulling a Shinfuuma.
