Easier method???? How much are those subligar? I almost feel like it'd be easier to kill Vrtra then get 8 mill and find someone to desynth that into 3 pieces of cashmere thread of HQ it into a shining cloth then try again. rofl

I know people don't like to share secret info but if this is real and those subligar can be obtained in a another way PLEASE tell me!

According to my JP LS, it's legit. I didn't even have to ask, I just said Femina Subligar in auto translate and they all started saying how it can desyth to cashmere and it's not a lie etc etc etc

It appears someone already did it if you look at the screenshot in English. 8 million really isn't as much as it use to be. It appears to be real. At least it puts a price cap on those expensive nobles tunics not that I would need one. And gets rid of some of the excess gil in circulation.

That's pretty awesome news if it really is legit. 8 mil is pocket change if you consider the current rarity of the cashmere thread, and that is the WORST you can do. Shining Cloth isn't exactly a bad thing given that it currently sells for about 15M. :D

hey, you wanna just subtract 8mil from the profit from the cloth and split the remainder between everyone and just buy another subligar. That way we dont have to find ppl to donate again and we already have the money. If cloth sells for 12mil (i dont know shining cloth price now) we would still have 4 mil to split between us, so we could get 1/2 our money back and still have another subligar to desynth.

That picture with ash, it didn't show it, but he successfully synthed the first one, then failed 7 afterwards. A few days ago, Merit, a clothcrafter on our server, successfully desynthed one into 3 cashmere, and then tried again and failed. Of course this is just speculation, but from that info, even if it isn't true, I think it would be better, even if we had 2 subligars, to synth only 1, and then wait until before synthing another (assuming we have two).
