Has anyone actually managed to get the NA release today?
I had been hoping that maybe the messages on other FFXI forums may of been mistaken, but none of the stores around here have it.
Oh well, I guess its no big deal to have the JP players running around for another day before the NA get in.

I'm hearing the same thing where I am. Somehow the last hurricane will cause a delay for most of the east coast. So I should not expect to see the game on shelves till tomorrow or thursday. ;;

BTW I posted some walkthrough for Promathia M1.[1-3] on WoA website. May be we can change the dynamis runs into Promyvon runs (holla, mea, demu).
P.S. Notice that the Promathia missions are divided into stages (like ranks in nation missions) and each stage is divided into indivdual missions. So MX.Y means the Y-th mission in the X-th stage.

I live on the East Coast and the store where I had a copy to be reserved tells me shipping will be delayed at least one day ;;
P.S.
WoA Website? What is that?

I guess all of the stores I visted yesterday were mistaken (again) about having CoP today.
One of them did have the PS2 version tho.

My PS2 version was in stock yesterday, and my PC version I picked up today. There is a version update that checks every single file, but not all of them must be updated.
The PS2 version updated about 990 files, requiring about 1.5 hours. The PC version ended updating about 250 files, only requiring about 45 minutes (most of which was spent checking the files that were there).
I have both installed and ready to use; unfortunately, I'm at work right now, so I haven't had a chance to actually do anything with them.
