better one (taken from http://www.livejournal.com/users/altdeer/77268.html?#cutid1)
This is the way my party ended up doing it, though there may be a quicker way. Green paths indicate a fun feature I'm sure you've all run into- the escort quasilumin. Single green lines indicate the gates that the escorts open at the end of their route. The black line is the path you follow when not crawling along next to the escort NPC.
A note on porters: I guessed on a couple. Notice how everything's a circle? You'll live. If it's not the porter labelled, it's the one across from it. You'll end up in the same section on the other floor. Also I most certainly didn't ask permission for these maps- Vana'diel Atlas was the first place I could think of that had Al'Taieu maps, and I needed somewhere to write this down for personal reference.
The big red "X" is the popped NM you fight to gain access to Garden (not that it seems particularly worth it, but w/e). I'd bring poison pots, at 1/2 life he hits manafont and spams Sleepga II. It was more funny than dangerous, but your milage may vary. Kill it and escape back out to Gate of the Gods- congratulations, you've accessed the Garden!
(It kinda blows.)

the way you get the map of this place is the same way as Al'taieu. We minaswell do it when we do the mission tonight, just have to make sure we hit all the NPC's
