i dont think you need a tool to make the hairpin just for the anima related materials for each craft. Pretty sure only cooking needs tools for its new synths <ie raw fish and noole what ever.

because for a warp cudgel you need the tool to make the etheral lumber , but any wood worker can make the cudgel itself... weird.
