You'll notice that alliance 3 will have a really really hard time keeping themselves alive. Maybe that's because no mages sign up and everyone in alliance 3 only has melee jobs! Alliance 1 will be the Hydra alliance. I tried to fill alliance 1 with people who did not go with the Hydra group last time. If anyone has any idea as to how we can get some healing into alliance 3 let me know.

I can dual box me and ala, bringing alarial on her whm if you need healing.

No double-boxing.

The group that goes through the Hydra doesn't need many BLMs at all because there are no statues and the Vanguard Eyes have too much HP to clear by coordinated casting. At most two should be fine; the rest can be replaced with melee and jobs changed to better support the remaining alliances. Three tanks may be a little too much too since whatever we weren't fighting last time was usually trained/kited away by a non-tank. Two should be enough to allow for Sentinel use on any Hydra MNKs along the way.

I also think that having a SCH up there was very useful, so I will take mine this time if noone else has one available.

We definitely don't have to have the alliance going the Hydra route composed of people who haven't done it before; rather, as I indicated previously, I wanted a mix of experienced/inexperienced leaders and normal members which we can just keep rotating in upcoming Beaucedine runs. It should only take two runs, including this one, for everyone to have had an opportunity to go through the area to get a bit of experience.

I didn't sign up because I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it. But I will try. I'll assume BLM.

Hi guys,

An emergency has cropped up at work. I do not know if I will be home in time for tonight's run.

(It's nothing important, only a 10-year-old vital database that is still running on 10-year-old software and 10-year-old hardware, which I've been warning them for 6 years needed upgrading. I'm sure it'll be a snap to fix whatever's wrong with it Q_Q.)

Trixter can come.

I can come as whm if you need, however I won't be able to stay for the full run, so please don't rely on me as sole healer for alliance 3!

Update: I'm still stuck at work resolving this crisis. Adding to the fun, my wife reports that Internet & cable in our neighborhood is down. This means no Riloth or Papillion either. >_> According to Comcast, the neighborhood could be offline until 8PM PST.
