Alliances and Job Changes
If you have declared an alternate job, we reserve the right to ask you to bring that job to Dynamis when we need it to balance the alliances. You CANNOT declare an alternate job for the purpose of receiving AF from our runs without expecting to have to use that job sometime in the future. If you don't want to use a certain job in Dynamis, don't declare it and tell us you have it. If you've already received a significant amount of AF for that job, it's a little too late for that.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Even I'm not exempt from this.
If you have been asked to change jobs, especially for something like the Dynamis Lord, it is expected you will comply with the request. I have received a number of complaints that certain members are either rejecting or outright ignoring requests to change jobs, when in fact the request is based on a need, such as maximizing our Dynamis Lord offensive or being able to fill certain support roles which keep the alliances alive and/or functional.
Job changes will never be abused by a leadership member for the purpose of harassing or deliberately trying to inconvenience anyone. Please do not act exasperated or give us a difficult time when we ask you to change jobs, especially when we are under the pressure of getting the run started on time or finishing a goal before the run ends.
For our part, we will try to get alliances and potential job changes announced as early before a run as possible to give people as much time as possible to prepare in advance or otherwise respond accordingly. However this also depends on whether or not a significant amount of people sign up so that we have something to create alliances from. If you are typically asked to bring a certain job to the Dynamis Lord, please try to have that equipment available even if we aren't able to ask you in advance to have it ready.
Run Announcement
On Sunday we will be running Dynamis-Beaucedine. The goal for this run will be to clear Angra Mainyu for members needing access to Dynamis-Xarcabard.
If you do not have the key item from this zone, you need to make plans to attend this run. We will not be scheduling another Angra Mainyu clear until May or June, and definitely after we have cycled through the cities again.
Item Preparation
No special items are required for this run. Members that cannot function while Silenced should bring Echo Drops.
We will provide medicines for the tanks and pullers managing the Pukis dragons.
