i would have attended more, but kind of hard when this will be the first bastok run since i joined...makes it kind of hard to go to places i have no access too.......m maybe i asked too many questiones when another member jot to lot without 4/10 sam, if you still want me

Everyone has the option of attending a run with another linkshell. It was encouraged in your acceptance PM, and in our rules.

Maybe I'm misreading this, but it seems you're implying that we are preventing you from being able to attend more runs through scheduling in retaliation for asking some questions about lotting?

1. Runs are scheduled almost two months in advance. I do not drop our previously planned runs to clear every zone that every new member needs as they join our linkshell, although many times we do cycle through them as a whole explicitly for that purpose.

2. Runs that you cannot attend because you do not have necessary access--as long as you are making an effort to attend the prerequisite runs when we have them--do not count against you when I determine eligibility from the last 10 runs or active/inactive member transitions.

3. If we are not going to clear the zones you need to be able to access areas like Xarcabard in the near future, you can look at the Calendar and see if another linkshell is running what you need when you can't attend with us. We are on good terms with most linkshells and can usually work out an arrangement where you can attend with them for the day to get the key item you need.

4. Members are encouraged to ask questions. The only times I don't/can't deal with them are:

- in the time right before the run when we are trying to get started on time,
- when I am dealing with something like passing out gil or currency (and even then I often end up addressing questions even though 40 people want to leave already)
- when we are in the middle of something that demands a lot of attention (eg., Dynamis Lord, zone boss, some critical pull that requires arranging)

Members are also encouraged to read the rules, where many of their questions are answered.

Regarding 4/10: you haven't been at a run yet where this criterion applies to lotting (Northlands or CoP zones). You will need to clarify what exactly the issue is for me to look further into it.
