You just reminded me why I started putting so much effort into Dynamis in the first place.

1. DynamisBums members aren't a statistic and I'm not a data entry clerk.
2. DynamisBums isn't about loot, its about doing something different and having fun playing FFXI.
3. DynamisBums is an evolving linkshell. Rules change as we go to satisfy the majority. All members opinions count and the whole of dynamis decides the direction the linkshell takes. The leader of dynamis is just someone to keep the linkshell on the path of success not to dictate what the linkshell does.
4. DynamisBums does not copy other linkshells. We experiment, we do things our own way, we fail at times, but we learn and there is nothing more gratifying than learning and discovering on your own.

Manatra you seem to have lit a fire under me right now. I'm sure your intention as always was to stir up some drama but this time I guess you fail. I will never cave into inhuman loot distribution systems that don't account for human variables. Those systems are just a means to make leaders jobs easy. I don't expect to have an easy job, if I took the easy way out we wouldnt be where we are.

Let me tell you guys a funny story Radav told me earlier this year. He works at M.I.T., you know that school all the rich nerds get to attend >_>. Well some students heard he played FFXI and they asked him what server or whatever and his response was my characters name is Radav, check out my website at www.dynamisbums.com (http://www.dynamisbums.com/forum/../). There response was of course zomgbbqwtfholyshit your Radav omg omg etc etc etc. Let me tell you another story. I was at Electronics Boutique earlier this year and the two guys working there were talking about their characters on FFXI (Siren server if I remember correctly). Well I bought a couple used playstation games for my nephew for his birthday and I casually said "Ohh you guys play ffxi? me too" Well they seemed starved for someone to talk too so one of them asked me my character job and server and I replied 75 Tarutaru Black Mage Phoenix server. I remember one of them was a 75 Elvaan Ninja and the other one was also a Tarutaru Black Mage but he wasn't 75 yet. When I heard that I said hehe everyone loves my character name "Fatman". The one guys eyes lit up and he said and I quote cause I wont forget it "Fatman from DynamisBums?!?!!!" I was taken back and replied something like umm... yeah... how did you know? He told me our linkshell owned etc... and that pretty much made my day lol.

Guys I don't want DynamisBums to die but I do need a break. I wont be there tomorrow and not sure about Sunday. You can't tell me the last two runs were fun. We performed well below our standards and most people were not prepared with food/medicine etc...

Those of you who have recently told me you are quitting the linkshell or are quitting because of my behavior Sunday. I'll ask you one more time... don't quit... There has never been a member that quit this linkshell and I knew they were quitting that I didn't try to talk them out of it. No one here means more to me than anyone else. If anyone feels that way they are contriving those thoughts in their own consciencous.

I've never claimed to be perfect (ALTHOUGH I AM). If there is a reason people are not putting effort into dynamis then why can't they talk to me?

I admit I got pretty pissed off over the hnm crap spilling into the linkshell Wednesday and even more pissed when alot of people decided to come late Sunday without even bothering to tell me so I could plan accordingly.

I do owe an apology to all the people that came on time and put effort into the run... you guys don't deserve to get caught up in this. I just get so mad when people spam me about stuff during the run. I made the decision to cut people off from lotting and if you want to discuss it then do it after the run. If I make any decision and you feel its unjust dont try to argue with me during a run.

Anyone who thinks those two dont deserve the AF is lying! That's how I feel.. look at the memberlist... watch Helm when he comes as Paladin to a run.. tell me he doesnt deserve that and I'm gonna laugh.

Do you think I didn't want Zumi, someone I've known and played with for over a year to be the next PLD to win that AF?!? Of course I did but what is fair is fair and leaders made the decision that if people are gonna delay a run for 30 minutes then they weren't going to lot AF. Please note Zumi said nothing about the AF to me so don't go thinking he had anything to do with me being mad lol its just an example of how I try to do what's best for the majority of the linkshell I.E. those that so graciously put Dynamis ahead of Fafnir Sunday.

I wouldnt have been so upset if people doing Fafnir would have at least told me they were gonna be late or not coming... We could have planned accordingly.

Finally when I do come back I expect people to come and be prepared. People keep posting about me needing help. The one thing I need help on is simple. I need to know when people arent doing their job or using medicine. I need alliance leaders to help me with this, I can not tell what is going on in 4 alliances at once. If we had awesome runs like two weeks ago I'd be a happy camper but when people start slacking runs start to seem like a waste of time.

P.S. Manatra can you equip those Cleric's Pantaloons you won in Dynamis a year ago yet?

*The context of this thread was when the 2nd Valor body dropped. 3 of our main PLD came to Dynamis late because they were camping Fafnir, and thus could not lot. People QQ'ed.

Also, take the time to read what Fatman thought of this LS. It's quite touching. It also explains why some of us have been here upwards of 250 -300 runs.
