There is mass confusion before a run starts at this point. It was so bad at Windurst I had to go to away status and get some asprin lol.
Not giving new members thorough strategy probably cost us inside dynamis too.
Here is what I am going to do from now on (I talked with Radav already).
1. I will purchase a new linkshell before each run.
2. I will be early to every run and hand out pearls.
3. The DynamisBums linkshell will still be used and someone will be on it to tell me who is coming so I can hand out pearls for each run.
4. To save time I will trade the pearl for 20k to pay for the run and I will also ask you what you are setting your lotting preference too. This will save me alot of time when I try to figure out who is lotting what and who paid and didnt pay.
5. If you are already a member in the member database and are going to be a little bit late you need to contact me or someone who can notify me of this so I can save you a pearl. Members with seniority will be given pearls first (sorry but that has to be the way it is)
6. Pearlsack holders: anyone interested in joining may have a pearl for DynamisBums now but that doesnt guarantee them a spot in future runs.
7. If I hand out 50 pearls and there are still over 30 people in the DynamisBums link then we will do a farming run in the city of their choice as well as the main run for the win. This will be at Radavs discretion if he feels we need 64 for the win we will do so. If our membership continues to grow then we will start scheduling two runs at a time. I would estimate 80 people for last run so we are getting close.
