And for those that think FFXI still looks good, FFS buy some decent hardware and some new games and marvel in wonder at what 6x AA and high resolution textures can do for visual pleasure.

i wish they would release high poly model packs for ffxi and shit like they do for other games, i'd totally get them

Well, if we are to consider SE's track record when it comes to giving FFXI players what they want, I would see those coming out some time after you die and before the second coming of robot jesus.

Well Seph I have a Dell XPS 700 with a Core 2 Duo Extreme and Dual Nvidia GeForce 7900 GS so... Really, Call of Duty 2 is the best I've seen on here. FFXI doesn't support the SLI so I can only engage one card at a time for it. I tried Battlefield 2142, and the graphics are nice and all, but the game itself sucks ass. Any suggestions on some games Sephy would be great, but I'm not interested in another MMORPG, so something like sports or FPS would be great :)

Oblivion (not nearly as good as morrowind)
Dark Messiah Might and Magic (now that the bugs are worked out)

On max settings both of those games will kill virtually any system.

2 most recent I've played. FFXII is all consuming currently.

For buying a Dell though, you need to be shot. Just like the "Dude! You're getting a Dell!" dude.

Well Seph i felt the same way i was goin to build... but the price came out to be 100.00 more for the Dell then the system i wanted to build plus go check out the case it comes in i could drop it from a 3 story window and only dent it.
1 thing to ask you since Dell bought Alienware!! What OEM system would you go with?
2. I go full Dynamis runs with not one bit of lag when we zone out i watch everyone else pop.
BUT i agree Building is better I'm just lazy ; ;
