What is the scheduling Rule?

Our Ls scheduled Dynamis-Windurst on wednesday 7pm Et 14 June 06.
DI schedule thier run at 10pm same day.
I have recieved at least 3 or 4 people telling me that we are stealing their zone and pushing them out of the zone.
As far as I understand that we can schedule 3 hours ahead.
if we get all extention we may extend 20 to 30min more then 3 hours.
Is there rule that you can not schedule 3 hours before?
our ls droped glass at 10pm et. so they can go in on time.

I even had tell from Helm who are not in DI ls and tell me "Stealing zone isn't cool"

Our ls was from owned previous LS, but we left him for his bad act.
We are not going to steal someone else's zone nor RMT LS(someone told my LS member that we are GS ls)

anyway, I want to know what is minimum time can we scheduled a part?
3 hours or 4 hours. and is there such rule?

You can schedule as far apart as you want to as long as you are out of the zone by the time the next person is scheduled to enter (assuming that they scheduled their event before you did yours).

Keep in mind that the zone must be completely empty for a period of time (I believe 10 minutes) before the hourglass will cancel itself, so be sure to accomodate for that when considering what time you will drop hourglasses.

A full Zilart dynamis with all time extensions is 3:30 (I think that applies to all zones, but there may be one or two that is different).

I didn't know about dropping the glass 10min before the next LS entering time.
I will do that from now on.
