To all the new members and the veterans who made our last 4 dynamis trips a success I would like to thank you.:)
For those of you who didnt come here's how it went:
Dynamis-Sandoria (61 Attended): Went very smooth except for one huge link which we recovered from quickly. Had tons of time and did alot of farming before the boss pull.
Dynamis-Jeuno (64 Attended): We cleared the entire zone except for the Auction House trap statue before the boss pull. Had one huge link which we overcame without too many deaths. Very impressive.
Dynamis-Bastok (57 Attended): Had a new puller (Saintpal) and a new melee alliance leader (Kayoto). Both did great jobs and we actually managed to get the melee to fight away from the BLM alliance for once. Had more time left for farming after boss pull than ever before.
Dynamis-Windurst (54 Attended): We cruised through Windurst with ease. Melee did fantastic job of protecting BLM after one slight mishap at the beginning. We beat this zone twice before with 53 and 58 attendees.
Our BLM alliance was firing on all cylinders for these 4 runs. We have been able to take down large groups of statues and icons with ease with relatively few deaths as compared to our past. This is what happens when no one holds back.
Kayoto and Tyrlafiel both got some leadership experience and did a fantastic job^^
Redmages and Bards also did better than ever before at keeping things slept. They must have kept those avatars at SMN house asleep for 15 minutes (or so it seems).
Melee alliances listened to alliance leaders and I think that was the key to our success.
This was not intended to be a slap in the face to our senior members who didnt attend because they needed a break or whatever.
However, for those of you who quit the linkshell because and I quote "The new rules suck" or "The noobs suck" all I can say is hahahhahaha <Goodbye.> <See you again!> our new guys put us to shame!

Well once again Fatman has beat me to the punch.
Coincidently I was just coming here to type up something just like that. So I guess I'll just say thank you to everyone who has come to our last 4 runs. We have performed as good if not better then we had been in runs previous.
Kayoto and Tyrlafiel have been promoted into Leadership positions within the LS. They have attended many runs and have always proven themselves worthy of leadership.
Current LS leaders are: Myself (Radav) and Fatman as the main organizers.
Zymurgy- Treasure Pool watch.
Helm- Alliance Leader
Prophecize- Alliance/Melee Leader
Satire- Alliance Leader
Zumi- Alliance Leader
Elmekia- Alliance Leader
Reticulex- Alliance Leader
Kayoto- Alliance/Melee Leader
Tyrlafiel- Alliance Leader
These guys have come to many runs and I have also gotten to know pretty well in game. So these are the people who I look to, to help me get these runs going as smooth as they do.
I'd like to also give a special thanks to Fatman who has put in a tremendous amount of work lately. He has been the lead in getting all the new people as well as putting into place the priority and currency system that we use. Again thanks so much.
Lastly... I'd like to just say thanks to all my friends who have been coming to dynamis and making the runs a success. You guys are the reason I'm still playing FFXI. I'd list you all but you know who you are and this is not a High School yearbook. LOL... Thanks to you all.
Can't wait to get to Xarcabard! Death will be had by the dynamis Lord.

I would really like to thank you guys for having the new ppl, such as myself, come along. I feel really lucky to be a part of this LS and hope to be here for awhile^^. I want to give kudos to all the leaders..... You guys really have it together. To manage 55+ ppl is quite a task and you guys do it so well. ALSO.... the consecutive successful runs are quite a moral booster for everyone =). I think that it really makes a difference. I think the AF drops have been very awesome as far as quantity, and i think that is directly related to the increased amount of farming that we have been able to do. More farming=more drops ^^. All this due to the fabulous organization. I just wanted to make a positive post and give all you leaders a big pat on the back.... we appreciate all your hard work. If there is anything i can do please let me know ^^

A lot of the success I think is due to a combination of experienced leadership and a sizeable group of good high level players who know how to play their jobs and communicate well with the leadership.
Back when we first did Dynamis a little over four months ago, I think my impressions were shared by many that we had almost all the 7x North American players we could get. These people will always be remembered as pioneers, going by the scanty info available and trying to win each of the zones, learning from mistakes like pulling the Bastok boss to the moghouse, camping the bridge closest to the RDM NM at Windurst, meleeing the Sandorian NMs. Those instances taught the leadership a great deal to handle future runs, and I'm thankful that leadership has remained intact to this day.
But also in the four month period, I realize the LS remained pretty devoid of new recruits because we were wary of beginners, for example, targeting the upper platform mobs in Bastok or causing agro at the death house in Windurst. Outside, there was a dramatic increase in the number of English speakers with 7x jobs -- as well as the amount of good gear they had from nonstop camping, crafting, and farming, not to mention the increasing collective playtime which translates into experience to prevent those mistakes we were afraid of in the first place.
So when the LS opened its doors to a flood of new members, I was pleasantly surprised to see the advantages of a full Dynamis group completely dwarf any concerns I had about inexperience being an obstacle to success in Dynamis. In retrospect, it's not the Dynamis experience that teaches us how to avoid agro from true sight mobs, nor is it that when it comes to sleeping adds and focusing firepower on one target at a time. Rather, all it takes is a basic understanding and feel for the game, that which can be gained normally from levelling up and exploring, plus a good bit of concentration. And with new areas and exciting drops awaiting all of us actually, I'm sure we'll have those factors going for us for a while.

all i can say after 5 successfull runs in a row is quite simply this. the new look of the shell is great and i can t wait to see what we do in xarcabard.
to those who left because of the money dispute or due to the fact that we recruited new ppl. well i doubt there will be a tear shed

Another new guy here :) One of the big goals a player has once they reach into the 70+ level range is to get an opprotunity to partake in events such as Dynamis Runs. I count myself as fortunate because had I reached the level I am now 2 months ago, I would either be waiting til now, or not getting the chance to get a taste of Dynamis since of the difficulty in getting into a link-shell.
I am thankful that you all as an LS for whatever reason came to the decision to allow newer members, these events have greatly revitalized my love and interest in the game and I don't see myself drifting away now as so many other players as of late have been. Also on a personal note I would like to Thank Radav and Fatman for trusting me enough to on my first run! (and now all the following runs) to allow me to be in the "Mobile Mechanized Infantry Division" (ie BLM alliance ;p) so I can get a taste of the action up close and personal.
So for all the runs I have participated in so far, and for all the future runs; thank you to all the leadership here for your guidence and trust, but most of all, thank you for the great times! ^^
